Seller — Full client-level access. Sellers automatically have access to all available events and can add Seller, Promoter and Artist users.
Promoter — Access is limited to assigned events. Promoters can access the Users area to add Promoter and Artist users and assign access to relevant events.
Artist — Read-only dashboard access to specifically assigned events. Artists cannot access the Users area or manage other users.
Event Access: Events remain available in the dashboard until 7 days after the event end date, after which they are automatically removed from the available event list.
